Life - Ithiisia

Ithiisia(ith-EE-zya) is a celestial deity who cares for mortal life in all of its forms. Her followers are likely to take a stranger in on a rainy night, provide care for those who cannot care for themselves, and find joy and celebration wherever they can.

Ithiisia was among the first gods to ascend, and her worship has since allowed mortals to build healthy and prosperous communities and kingdoms.

A Celestine of Ithiisia will have silvery white skin and silvery white eyes.

Ithiisia teaches her followers empathy, care, and love. She empowers her followers to heal wounds and diseases of the body and soul. A follower of Ithiisia will know happiness and peace, and their greatest challenge will be battling woes that do not belong to themself or their people.

Followers of Ithiisia, and the cultures that emerge under her worship find places for every soul. No person with the capacity for good will be turned away. No person will yearn for food or drink, and every home is welcoming.

A stranger will find themselves forgetting about their woes and worries in the company of Ithiisia's followers, perhaps finding their first good night's rest after a long journey, only to find these same followers ready to stand with them against whatever may be causing harm.

Her symbol is the light within, usually a light emitting from a humanoid's torso. In more refined holy symbols their may be a reflective gem placed in the chest of a depiction of a humanoid. The light within is meant to represent the potential of the soul to become good.

Ithiisia can be felt in gentle rains and in the radiance of daylight. She is sometimes known as the spring goddess, and the season is said to even belong to her.

Followers of Ithiisia will find themselves in Sithriya when their souls pass from the material plane. It is a place ever in the sunlight, with warm fields and quiet joys to be found everywhere. It is a place of calm, happiness, gratitude, reflection, and love. It is a place to share stories of life, and how deeply it had been felt, there is no better place to be in the cosmos.

The Mother - Shenna

Shenna(shEN-ah) is a celestial deity who is known to foster communities. Her followers are teachers and leaders. They provide structure and care for groups of people, and help solidify bonds between individuals

Shenna was among the gods in the second ascension, and her worship is crucial in the kingdoms of life.

A Celestine of Shenna will have light blue eyes.

Shenna teaches her followers responsibility and wisdom. Her teachings are important to all those who would find themselves in positions of power, wether it be as simple as a parent or teacher, or as complex as a king. She shows her followers how to listen to the needs of those who look up to them.

Her symbol is the barren crown. Often represent as an empty space in the shape of a crown, meant to represent the responsibilty of leadership, the crown is not for those who would serve themselves but serve others.

The Healing Light - Illaeya

Illaeya(ill-AE-ah) is a celestial deity of healing. Her followers are known to calm strife, and heal wounds after a battle.

A Celestine of Illaeya will have golden eyes like the sun.

Illaeya teaches her followers to be steadfast in the face of danger, and peaceful in its absence. Many of her followers are emissaries, envoys, and advisors, seeking to spread the light of understanding. They will learn to use their words as well as their swords, and they are ready to defend their people from those who will not listen to reason.

Followers of Illaeya are often proactive in reaching out to those who are percieved as dangerous, seeing them as misunderstood. Their empathy is their greatest source of strength. With enough time under the healing light there are very few broken souls who cannot be mended.

Her symbol is the light of the sun, most often represented in a depiction of rays of light breaking through clouds. As light always makes everything clearer.

The Radiant Equilibrium - Tanotair

Tanotair(tahn-oh-tah-EER) is a celestial deity who reflects on the nature of oneself. His followers are likely introspective, sometimes even philosophers. The find turbulent aspects of life and attempt to seek understanding in quelling them. They are often lone travellers.

A Celestine of Tanotair will have grey eyes.

Tanotair teaches his followers to find balance internally, before creating balance externally. There are no correct paths to find an inner balance, but there is a correct flow. Tanotair recognizes the importance of individuality, and his followers might be very curious of others. They are known to be long term companions who remember subtle aspects of their friends, as it is in the smaller details of one’s being that they reveal themselves.

His symbol is the flawed reflection, a warped or coloured mirror meant to represent the subjective way each individual sees. Each follower chooses a mirror based on how they view their biases

The Reviver/The Bridge Back Home - Ilojevia

Ilojevia(ill-oh-JEV-ee-ah) is a celestial deity who created the divine infrastructure to return souls back from the dead. Her followers are often macabre, and find themselves around death. They both call souls back when the world is in need of them, and ease the passing of elders when their time comes.

Ilojevia belongs in the domains of life and death. For this reason a Celestine of Ilojevia will have grey skin and grey eyes.

Ilojevia teachers her followers to understand death so they may reach beyond it. They are also taught to be judges, as they possess a stronger grasp of returning souls to their bodies. They must learn to be insightful and guarded, and above all honest. They learn of the rivers of Mortesh, and how souls are taken into planes beyond. Priests of Ilojevia are the only people who may return a soul to a body without knowing them in life. This means they must also take responsibility for the actions of the souls they return to the material plane.

Her symbol is the bridge back home, a bridge that crosses a river, meant to represent the crossing of the rivers of Mortesh as a soul returns to the mortal plane.

The Nature’s Breath - Menil

Menil(men-EEL) is a celestial deity who connects communites to nature. His followers are often druids who create bonds between a people and the land they live on.

A Celestine of Menil will have vibrant green eyes.

Menil teaches his followers to listen to the land just as they listen to the people. There is some sense of conversation that should happen in the actions between the two, a silent back and forth that causes life to flourish - the nature’s breath is a way of being. His followers learn to encourage connections to the land, giving people gifts of plants and simple pets to teach them to care for the land in small ways.

His symbol is usually a simple instrument played by blowing into it, usually only capable of creating one sound to imitate the beauty of the nature’s breath.
