Moon Culture
The moons were created by Haruv, the Titan, god of ego and power. There are four moons, Mercera, the blue moon of planar reward, Carrollus, the yellow moon of planar transmutation, Covillia, silver moon of planar discovery, and Mulinya, red moon of planar punishment.
The cultures of ego and house are consistent across the moons. With each of the peoples across the moons being led by their greatest houses. The moons are very insular, and see their presence as divine gifts to the cosmos.
In the history of the moons, some centuries ago the Covillians rebelled against the titan, breaking the alliance they had with their kin. There have been conflicts between the moons since, but there are times they are called back into alliance to serve a greater cause, like during the fall of the Savedic empire.
Merceran culture is about craft and dedication. They create great works, and sometimes reward great deeds of mortals with these works. Though they most often reward themselves for their own great accomplishments.
Carrollan culture is about expression and change, yet they are a deeply foolish and close minded people, focusing on external physical change over emotional change. They occasionally aid mortals by transmuting curses. The Carrollans are natural shapechangers, and they use this ability to create the worst art you have ever seen.
Covillian culture is about seeking knowledge. They are diverse in their ability, being warriors, crafters, and scholars. They are viewed as the rebellious outsiders by their kin, even though they are extremely similar to the rest of the children of the moons. They have made alliances with dragons, and the most revered warriors amongst them ride dragons.
Mulinyan culture is about violence, dominance, and punishment. They are physically aggressive, impatient, and prone to lashing out. They regularly war with themselves over petty conflicts, and the weakest amongst them are culled through their violent culture.
