Menevielle is the elven province in the east. The elves worship the god of absurdity, and have heavy ties to the wilds of fae and druidism.
The province is divided into large kingdoms, mostly in the rainforests. These kingdoms all defer to the command of the Royal of Menivielle, though there are many tensions between the kingdoms.
The elves personalities shift from kingdom to kingdom, some interpret their religion in elitist ways, while others come to more humble conclusions. The only similarity across all interpretations are tendencies toward odd and silly behaviour.
The Eternal Guardians
The Eternal Guardians are caretakers of the great Elievadem Rainforest. They are powerful druids and archers, and travel in unseen paths. Some say they travel through the very memories of the forest. Their armour is made to imitate the shape of leaves.
The Red Masks
The Red Masks are warriors of the Monarch. They are elite guards and represent the Monarch’s will across the province. They do not participate in wars between elves, though they may be ordered to protect or kill certain individuals at the Monarch’s request.
The Wyllic Philosophers
The Wyllic Philosophers are followers of the god of Absurdity. They often have strong influence over the cities they occupy, as well as the kings and rulers they serve. These philosophers sometimes spend centuries writing or reading works, trying to understand the nature of their religion. They are also cause for much strife and division in the province.
The Fairy Wards
The Fairy Wards are comprised of many groups of warlocks who have made deals with Fey patrons. They help make the Rainforest more magical while keeping it safe. They escort Fey around the material plane while keeping people safe from their tricks.
