Falineau is the halfling province on the north western side of Fellia. The province is filled with high arcana and hope and also the absolute scummiest places in the whole of Fellia.

The halflings worship the gods in the pantheon of hope, and are heavily invested in wizardry. They have a reputation for lying and swindling. The good people here have to work twice as hard as anywhere else. On the surface many places look wonderful, but you don't have to dig deep to find corruption and crime.

Under the Savedic rule, Falineau was a nightmarish place to live. There is no doubt that the Savedic empire hated the people of this province. The memories of the violence inflicted upon the people here is not forgotten, and the wounds from such treatment has not mended

The Servants Under Twilight are another faction that serves hope, though they seek a grounded and actionable approach to helping people long term. They tend to be in conflict with The Light Of The Dawn.
